WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
In the first week, you’re going to understand how your gut works and will eliminate certain foods, potential culprits.
In the second week, we focus on the building blocks we should ALL take in on a regular basis to maintain our health (but nobody does). Foods that improve the diversity and amount of the good bacteria in your gut. It doesn’t matter if you’re vegan, vegetarian, or if you eat fish or meat, there are options for everybody.
In the third week, you’ll reintroduce all eliminated foods back into your diet and you will learn to listen to your body so that you can decide for yourself if a certain product is a culprit for you or not. Since everybody is different, we really have to learn to discover this for ourselves.
